Pointly is a macOS screen annotation application developed by Lyubomir Stavrev ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Pointly app and this website.
Pointly collects no personal data whatsoever. Specifically:
Pointly requests macOS Screen Recording permission solely to enable the Cut & Move tool, which captures a selected region of your screen into a floating panel. This content:

Pointly Pro and Pointly Pro+ are purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system. All payment processing, billing information, and transaction data are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. We never see, receive, or store your payment details. Apple's privacy practices are described in the Apple Privacy Policy.
This website (pointly.app) does not use any cookies, analytics tools, or tracking scripts. No personal information is collected when you visit. The site is purely informational and does not require any interaction or sign-up.
Pointly does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). Since we collect no data at all, there is nothing to collect from any age group.
Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete, or export on your behalf. If you are an EU resident (GDPR) or a California resident (CCPA) and have any questions, please contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
Pointly does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-sharing services. The only third party involved in the Pointly experience is Apple (for app distribution and payment processing).
